Presidents Gala 2009

This semester I had the opportunity to take and event management class from Mindy Benson (very credible and experienced in events). We learned everything from political events, pr events, concerts, donor events, weddings etc. It was a very interesting and applicable course, and I was able to learn a ton. In the class we were divided into groups and assigned a event to plan and execute. I was in the President's Gala Group and it was an awesome experience. It was a very high class event and I was able to meet and mingle with many people. The table I ate at had a very nice couple from california, the dean of PFA and his wife, and Dixie and Anne Leavitt (former governor Leavitt's parents). I thought I would post some pictures for the event.
